Shipping Time

- Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days depending on the time your order is placed. Cut off times vary.
- Shipments to Australia and European countries generally arrive in 14 to21 days

Shipping Guarantee
- Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date as tracked through the shipping service to make a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
- We will contact you by email if your order is returned to us by the shipper as a result of an incorrect address.
- We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address.
