• We conquer visual impairments with a large, illuminated display that can be read clearly from all angles and up to 20 feet away.
• Time Periods - The display reads out Before Dawn (12am-4am), Morning (4am-12pm), Afternoon (12pm-6pm), Evening (6pm-8pm), Night (8pm-12am). There's an option to not show the Time Period.
• Instantaneous set-up: Simply plug it in, select your time zone, and you’re ready to go.
• Multi-functioning alarm system: this is the only clock of its kind that will support your loved one through wake-up calls, medication reminders, and appointment alerts.
• Kickstand for sitting on a tabletop and a keyhole for simple wall-hanging.
• We discreetly honor our elders by making no mention of dementia, Alzheimer’s or memory loss anywhere on our product or packaging.
• Automatic dimmer from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for undisturbed sleep

Methods

• We ship our choice of U.S. Postal Service or UPS ground services as applicable.
• Cost: Once you have selected at least one item and placed it in your cart, the shipping cost is shown on the left of all pages under "Your Order".
• Yes we ship to APO/FPO.
• Overnight and 2nd day air service is available by Selecting at checkout.

Shipping Time

• All products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the web site. Occasionally unexpected high sales levels of a particular product happen, and we cannot get the web site updated.
• Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days depending on the time your order is placed. Cut off times vary.
• Shipments to Australia and European countries generally arrive in  14 to21 days
• Although orders are generally shipped as noted, this is not guaranteed.

Shipping Guarantee

• Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date as tracked through the shipping service to make a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

• We will contact you by email if your order is returned to us by the shipper as a result of an incorrect address. 
• We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address.

Orders shipping to outside of the United States of America

• We ship to all countries Worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout using USPS International Service
