• BOXES ARE NUMBERED ACCORDING TO DAY OF THE MONTH The 5 weekly pill boxes are each numbered to correspond with the day of the month and there are 4 spots for either extra days of medications or for those pills you take occasionally. The individual boxes are numbered as: Box 1 numbered 1-7, Box 2 numbered 8-14, Box 3 numbered 15-21, Box 4 numbered 22-28 and Box 5 is numbered 29-31 and also has 4 compartments labeled with "EXTRA"

The pill box that is in use is stored in the tray with the numbers up and the remaining 7 day pill boxes are stored on their side. This way you can quickly see which pill box you are currently using.

• EXTRA LARGE COMPARTMENTS FOR YOUR PILLS For size comparison we were able to fit 19 quarters into each Individual pill compartment and still have a little room left. Overall measurements of the tray are: Overall size of each pill box: 8.5" L x 1.69" W x 1" T Approximate Inside Size of Individual Pill Compartments: 1.07" L x 1.32" W x .86" T

• All products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the web site. Occasionally unexpected high sales levels of a particular product happen, and we cannot get the web site updated.
• Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days depending on the time your order is placed. Cut off times vary.
• Shipments to Australia and European countries generally arrive in  14 to21 days
• Although orders are generally shipped as noted, this is not guaranteed.

Shipping Guarantee

• Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date as tracked through the shipping service to make a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

• We will contact you by email if your order is returned to us by the shipper as a result of an incorrect address. 
• We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address.
